Bethlehem, PA. – The Salem Community College men's soccer team traveled to Northampton Community College Thursday for a tough road contest. The Mighty Oaks lost the match 5-1. SCC moves to 0-3 on the season.

Vicente Bonola scored the Mighty Oaks lone goal at the 33-minute mark in the first half of play. Rafael Carabemiero had a solid day in goal allowing two goals in seven attempts. Chris Vergatinio took seven shots but was unable to find the back of the net.

Salem will be back in action on Tuesday September 26 when they will travel to Rowan College of South Jersey – Cumberland. The kick off for the match will be at 3:30PM.
