Mighty Oaks Fall to Roadrunners in Season Opener

Salem Community College men's soccer opened their season today ending a nine-year hiatus for the men's soccer program at Salem. The Mighty Oaks lost against the Rowan College of South Jersey – Gloucester Roadrunners, 3-0.

The Roadrunners got on the board early with a goal coming in the 11th minute and scored two more in the second half at the 61st and 75th minute of the contest.

Arturo Hernandez (San Felipe Torres Mochas Guanajuanto, Mexico / John Tyler HS) started in net for the Mighty Oaks and finished the game with eight saves.
