Men’s Basketball Lose at Home To Montgomery

Carneys Point, NJ. – The Salem Community College men's basketball team dropped a tough game to Montgomery County Community College, 83-75. The Mighty Oaks are now 7-12 on the season.

Niame Scott shined for the Mighty Oaks leading the offense with a season high 25 points going 9 for 16 from the field.  Also with a season high for points in a game was freshman guard Joshua Ramos with 23.  Ramos went 5 for 11 from beyond the three point line.  Continuing a solid freshman campaign was Taje'e Jordan with another double double for the Mighty Oaks scoring 10 points and pulling in 12 rebounds.

Salem will be back on the hardcourt when the host Lancaster Bible College Thursday February 8.  The tip off is scheduled for 6:00PM at the DuPont Fieldhouse on the campus of SCC.
