Carneys Point, NJ. – Salem Community College took down RCSJ-Gloucester in a well rounded offensive effort that saw six Mighty Oaks score in double figures led by Ahmodrion Jones with 20 points.  With the victory Mighty Oaks men's basketball improves to 4-6 on the season.

Jones led the way for Salem going 9-17 from the field.  Dante Brinkley added 19 while Niame Scott scored 17. Both were perfect from the foul line going 9-9 total on the game.  The Ramos brothers both added 13 points for the Mighty Oaks.  Joshua Ramos went 5-11 from the field while Enrique Ramos went 4-7 from the 3 point line.  Rounding out the scoring was Taje'e Jordan with a double-double for Salem scoring 12 and pulling in 10 boards.

The Mighty Oaks will be back at home Tuesday January 16 when they will host the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College.  Tip-off is slated for 6:00PM at the DuPont Fieldhouse.
