Why SCC? I chose SCC because I loved the environment. I felt like this was an opportunity for me to experience everything I wanted out of school while being far away from home. Living out here is so much different that Indiana, but SCC has taught me so much more out of the academic perspective.

Who is your here? Both of my parents are my heroes. My Mom and Dad have always given me the best advice no matter what the situation is. Whether it is:school, softball or just life. They guide me in the right direction. I am truly grateful for both of them, and I strive to play and succeed for them.

Favorite Color: Green

Favorite athlete? Simone Biles because not only does she enjoy the game and is very passionate about it, but her skills and abilities are like no other which is very inspiring to me. It’s as though nobody does it better than her. Also, not only is she considered one of the greatest in her sport, but she is an amazing advocate for mental health. I’ve always admired gymnasts for their athleticism, but Biles is constantly pushing the envelope for women's sports. We also have the same birthday month that’s another reason why she is one of my favorite athletes.

Favorite Food? Pepperoni Pizza

Favorite TV show? Dance Moms

Favorite Movie? Aladdin

Favorite childrens book? Chrysanthemum - Kevin Henkes

Super power i wish I had? Time Travel

Best part of being at SCC? Although I am ultimately here at SCC for an education, the best part would definitely be the softball team. I am honored to be a part of this wonderful team with this amazing group of girls. It is crazy to think that I now have sisters from all over the place just because we happen to go to the same college. I am very excited to see where this season takes us and I can’t wait to continue to make so many more memories with my second family. There’s nothing better than playing the sport you love with the people you love and I know that I have found that here at Salem.
