Pedricktown, NJ. – The Salem Community College men's soccer team lost it's second match of the season to Montgomery County Community College.

Despite the heat the Mighty Oaks battled hard holding the Mustangs scoreless in the first half of play. Rafael Carabimeiro had 8 saves and allowed 3 goals in the loss.

Montgomery opened up the scoring in the second half with a goal at the 46:17 mark in the second half. The Mustangs scored two more times in half to top the Mighty Oaks 3-0 for the victory.

Salem will be back in action when they will travel to Brookdale Community College for their first road match of the season on Tuesday September 12. This Region 19 contest is scheduled for a 3:30PM kick off.
