Carneys Point, NJ. – The Salem Community College men's basketball team suffered it's first loss of the season dropping a home match up to visiting Delaware Technical Community College 77-64.
The visiting Del Tech held the Salem to a season low in points as the Mighty Oaks have scored at least 80 points in each of their games this season.
Rodney Shelton was the only Salem player in double figures with 10 points for the game, to along with his team high 9 rebounds. Stefan Phillips added 8 points and 8 rebounds. Sami Anderson added 9 points off the bench for the Mighty Oaks.
Salem will be back in action Saturday November 16 when they will host Lehigh Carbon Community College. Tip off is slated for 2:00 at the DuPont Fieldhouse.
