Men’s Basketball Fall to Middlesex College
Edison, NJ. – The Salem Community College men's basketball team dropped a Region 19 contest to Middlesex College, 77-65, Tuesday night on the campus of Middlesex College. With the loss, the Mighty Oaks move to 8-15 on the season.
The Mighty Oaks were led in scoring once again by sophomore forward Myles Haynes who had 18 on the night. Freshman Kye Rawls was right behind Haynes scoring 17 points. Two more Salem players scored in double figures with Jahiah Eldridge adding 11 points and Dajour McKamey contributing 10 for the Mighty Oaks.
Salem will be back in action when they will face off against Region 19 opponent Passaic County Community College. The Mighty Oaks home game will be played at the Fi Donce Gymnasium located at 215 East 21st. Street in Chester Pa. Thursday February 9. The Tip off for this match up has been moved to 3:30PM.
