It's Meet The Mighty Oaks Monday!

Meet Rahzirah Blocker, a women's basketball player who comes to SCC from Clayton High School. Blocker is heavily involved with the athletic department at SCC, assisting with game day operations for our men's basketball team.

Rahzirah is an engineering major at Salem, and made the choice to continue her academic and athletic career here because of its proximity to home, as well as the feeling of community. Her favorite part about playing basketball is assisting teammates, and playing tenacious defense on the other end of the court. When she is not playing basketball, Blocker enjoys spending time with family and friends or playing video games. 

The SCC women's basketball team is set to play in the 2020-21 year headed by coach Megan Fox!
