Our cross country runners competed in their second meet of the 2019-20 season at the Dream Park in Goucester County on 9/21. The Bill Fritz Memorial Invitational hosted by Rowan University included a women's race measuring 6k and a men's race measuring 8k.
First to finish for the Mighty Oaks was Andrew DeDomenico in 36th place with a time of 34:18.69. Next to complete the race for the SCC runners was Jacob Schmid in 38th place with a time of 35:16.29. Troy Bass was then followed by consecutive finishes from James Jordan, Mason Elwell, and John Rivera-Cortez.
The SCC Mighty Oaks finsihed in 6th place as a team with a total of 163 points.
Next up is for the Oaks is the Deleware Invitational on Saturday 9/28.
