The Mighty Oaks faced defeat on Tuesday night's game at Brookdale. The Jersey Blues went for a 23-6 run with 11 minutes remaining in the first half. Salem was at a 40-38 deficit heading into the second half.

Brookdale scored 6 points in the first five minutes of the second half, taking the score to 46-38. The Jersey Blues expanded their lead, eventually defeating the Mighty Oaks 83-60. 

Leading scorers for Brookdale were Carter (18), Wilson (16), and Ozojie (10).

Lamar Woody led the Mighty Oaks in scoring (23) and rebounds (6). Robert Whitaker and Stephon Fauntroy both scored 11. 

Next up for SCC is a home game against Middlesex on January 9th. Tipoff is 7 PM.
